Biziverse Pvt. Ltd. ("Biziverse", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") is dedicated to establishing clear, lawful, and legally compliant standards for processing organizational and digital personal data on Biziverse.com and its affiliated platforms (the "Platform").
This Privacy Policy outlines how we manage data to ensure alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant digital data protocols within the Republic of India. This policy applies to all Administrators, Sub-Users, and external web visitors.
This Privacy Policy is designed to be read in conjunction with the Biziverse Terms of Service. Capitalized operational terms used but not explicitly defined in this document—including but not limited to "Administrator", "Sub-User", "Free Platform Access", "Paid Platform Subscription", "Paid ERP Subscription", and "Web Profile"—shall inherit the exact definitions, rules, and restrictions set forth in the Biziverse Terms of Service. Together, these documents form a unified, binding legal contract governing your organization's digital relationship with the Company.
The Platform processes data to fulfill its operational function as a B2B network and software toolkit. Data is collected through several distinct interaction channels:
During core registration, the Company collects organizational identifiers, corporate names, business segments, physical location addresses, corporate emails, and primary business phone numbers, including the contact details of the user serving as the Administrator. This data is leveraged to establish the primary business account profile.
When an Administrator grants profile permissions to secondary personnel, the Platform stores the Sub-User's full name, assigned internal role, corporate email, and mobile contact number. This provisioning relies on explicit verification via an OTP pin delivered to the Sub-User's mobile device. The Administrator assumes full responsibility for securing the appropriate prior consent from Sub-Users to submit this information.
The Platform provides functionality for accounts to maintain a public web profile. On this profile, specific telephone numbers, email indices, and physical addresses chosen by the Administrator are published on the open internet. This data is visible to platform-internal participants as well as unauthenticated external internet traffic, entirely at the discretion and liability of the account Administrator.
Pursuant to the DPDP Act, 2023, data processing on the Platform is conducted under explicit, clear, and unconditional consent provided by the Administrator at the point of account registration and system configuration.
The data collected is processed strictly to maintain the operational performance of the platform's modules, including CRM workflows, Inquiry tracking, Quotation compilation, invoice rendering, and ERP execution. The Company does not use personal or organizational ERP database entries for un-consented third-party monetization pipelines.
The Platform utilizes technical cookies and IndexedDB features to maintain active, secure browser sessions, remember layout parameters, and protect system security. Furthermore, specific communication landing pages exposed to external parties (such as when a user's client opens an online quotation or invoice page) incorporate Meta Pixels and analytical cookies. These tracking components are deployed for targeted re-marketing, digital analytics, and performance measurement. The Platform deploys a visible cookie consent overlay framework allowing visitors to confirm or toggle cookie options in compliance with modern privacy norms.
Monetization and Advertisement Targeting The Platform displays in-app advertisements to users across various access tiers. To ensure commercial relevance, the Platform may leverage non-personal data, such as the industry vertical, operational segment, and corporate business parameters uploaded by the Administrator to the public Web Profile. We do not engage in unauthorized behavioral tracking, cross-context tracking, or personal profiling of individual Administrators or Sub-Users for external advertisement marketing purposes without explicit consent. Generic advertisements may be displayed to all users based purely on session traffic.
The Platform allows Administrators and Sub-Users to integrate their corporate Gmail accounts via Google OAuth authentication services. This integration is utilized strictly to enable Users to dispatch business communications, invoices, quotes, and follow-up messages directly through their own verified email servers via the Platform interface. The Platform accesses and processes Google user data (including email addresses, outgoing email content, and transmission metadata) solely to execute these user-initiated communications.
The Company does not sell, rent, trade, or share Google user data with any third-party commercial entities, external developers, or advertisement networks. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless doing so is strictly necessary to provide or improve the core email delivery features of the Platform, to comply with applicable Indian laws, or as part of a corporate merger or acquisition. We do not use Google user data to serve inside advertisements or to perform behavioral profiling of individual users.
Google user data and related transmission logs are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational business workflows initiated by the User, or to satisfy backend technical logging requirements under Indian statutory law. At any time, an Administrator User can disconnect their Google account from the Platform settings, which immediately terminates API access token validity. Upon total account erasure requests submitted, all synced Google authentication parameters, metadata, and local email cache layers will be permanently deleted from our servers within forty-eight (48) hours.
Biziverse Pvt. Ltd.'s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
All structured user databases, document configurations, and file systems are hosted on high-security, sovereign cloud infrastructure provided by E2E Networks Ltd. located physically inside the boundaries of the Republic of India. The Company reserves the right to switch infrastructure providers to alternative secure cloud hosts in the future, maintaining a strict commitment to keeping all data stores within India-based data centers.
The Company maintains automated Continuous Data Protection (CDP) routines that securely back up the entire system landscape multiple times per day. This minimizes data loss and ensures continuous restoration capabilities against system disruptions or structural software malfunctions.
The lifetime of data stored on the Platform is determined by the active status of the business subscription tier, subject to Indian regulatory requirements:
Administrators have the capability to initiate account erasure directly. The Administrator must first access the native Settings dashboard within the platform to clear the hosted organization records and remove all sub-user records.
Following native clearing, the Administrator must transmit a formal account erasure request via email to grievance@biziverse.com. Upon verification, the Company will remove the visibility of all such corporate contact details from public or platform-wide access. This action removes the ability for new users or web visitors to view or discover the organization's historical contact details, subject to the statutory financial storage rules defined in Section 6.
Individual Sub-Users seeking data modification or deletion cannot request adjustments directly from the Company. Sub-Users must contact their organization's account Administrator to initiate any account changes or removal requests.
As a collaborative B2B networking utility, the Platform allows organizations to establish discoverable web footprints. Users acknowledge that the Company bears no liability or legal connection to instances where external internet actors or other platform participants harvest contact coordinates visible on an enabled public Web Profile to initiate separate outreach or commercial communication. The Company is not a party to any independent inter-party communications or external interactions.
The Company reserves the right to adjust or update this Privacy Policy to ensure alignment with technological updates, infrastructure changes, or evolving interpretations of the DPDP Act, 2023. Routine, non-material updates will be posted directly to the Platform interface. Material changes that significantly alter user rights or expand data processing scopes will be communicated via email or an explicit system notification to active Administrators.
In accordance with the mandates of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, any privacy complaints, data concerns, or erasure requests should be directed to the designated Grievance Officer:
